Europa League Final Betting Tips: Fernandes and Pogba highlight 120/1 Bet Builder longshot

Manchester United are looking to win their first piece of silverware in four years when they face Villarreal in the Europa League final on Wednesday evening.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are bet365’s 17/20 (1.85) favourites to be victorious inside 90 minutes with their La Liga opponents out at 7/2 (4.50), and our tipster has come up with a longshot 120/1 (121.0) using the Bet Builder tool.

The feature from bet365 allows users to put multiple selections from the same fixture into a single bet, and this 120/1 (121.0) consists of: Gerard Moreno & Bruno Fernandes to score, Etienne Capoue & Paul Pogba to get booked.

Moreno is enjoying his best-ever season in Villarreal colours with 29 goals in all competitions, with his 23 La Liga strikes making him the top-scoring Spanish player in the league.

His remaining six have all come in the Europa League, including one in each leg of the Yellow Submarine’s quarter-final victory over Dinamo Zagreb.

Man United’s leading scorer in this competition is joint between Bruno Fernandes and Edinson Cavani, but the Portuguese gets the nod for this Bet Builder.

On top of his nine goals in Europe across both this tournament and the Champions League this season, Fernandes came third in the Premier League Golden Boot race and will also be on penalty duty on Wednesday.

In terms of yellow cards, Etienne Capoue has only been at Villarreal for a matter of months but has still managed to pick up six cautions and two red cards in just 24 starts in all competitions.

The former Tottenham and Watford man was notably given his marching orders in the first leg of the semi-finals for two bookable offences but should start in the final in Gdansk.

Finally, despite having made just four starts in the Europa League this season, Pogba has been booked in three of those and looks to be a prime candidate for another.

Injury has limited the French midfielder to only 41 total appearances in all competitions out of the 60 games United have played, and those games have yielded a total of eight cautions.
