Arsenal vs Chelsea Betting Tips: Abraham to pile more misery on goal-shy Gunners

class=”article_teaser__2t5do”>Having scored the winner in last season's visit to the Emirates Stadium, Al Hain-Cole is backing the Blues striker to punish Arteta's men once again

Arsenal are crying out for a hero when Chelsea visit the Emirates Stadium in Saturday’s Premier League clash.

Only Burnley, Sheffield United and West Brom have scored fewer goals than the Gunners, who find themselves down in 15th place after taking just two points from the last available 21.

The two-goal match-winner in last season’s FA Cup final win over this opposition, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored just three times in 13 league matches this season and is unlikely to feature here due to injury.

This places extra pressure on Alexandre Lacazette, who has gone 11 league games without a goal but did find the net against Manchester City in Tuesday’s 4-1 Carabao Cup defeat.

The Frenchman is his side’s 7/1 (8.00) favourite with bet365 to lift the gloom with the opener against the London rivals and available at 11/5 (3.20) to strike anytime.

Nicolas Pepe was on target from the spot in last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at Everton and can be backed at 13/5 (3.60) to step up with a big goal here.

Willian has largely proved to be a disappointment since being lured from Stamford Bridge by Mikel Arteta in the summer, but is on offer at 15/4 (4.75) to finally deliver by coming back to haunt his former club.

In contrast, Frank Lampard is faced with a much more welcome selection headache as he decides whether to start with Tammy Abraham or Olivier Giroud up front.

Hitting the net twice to seal Monday’s 3-0 win over West Ham, Abraham is surely in pole position to get the nod – particularly as he scored the winner at this ground in last season’s 2-1 victory.

With an impressive five goals to his name in seven league starts this campaign, the England international looks a tempting first goalscorer option at 4/1 (5.00) as well as 6/5 (2.20) anytime.

However, Giroud also makes a strong case considering he has scored a remarkable eight goals in just five starts in all competitions, making 6/4 (2.50) odds well worth considering.

Both strikers have enjoyed more fruitful campaigns so far than big summer signing Timo Werner, although the German remains the 11/10 (2.10) anytime favourite despite going nine games without a goal.
